Back to the standards. Independent uses only heavy gauge metals, so they can weld and finish the edges properly. You will not fine dimples in the metal, seams, rivets or unsightly screws on the outside of the canopy. If you get an exotic outside finish, the inside will still be easy to clean stainless steel. All hoods include halogen lighting, dishwasher safe stainless steel baffle filters, a duct transition and a 3 speed fan control switch. They also offer a few different blower options.
