Do you know... About Gold Medal?
Having been in the restaurant equipment business for many years, I was aware of the Gold Medal product line as a resource for the occasional popcorn machine customer. I was always intrigued by the line and felt that, at least in my area, somebody could do a better job of representation. Once I started Select Appliance, Gold Medal is a product line I was very serious about.
Gold Medal has been the leader in "fun food" equipment for over 60 years. While I knew of other companies that sold similar products through restaurant supply companies, Gold Medal's focus has been to provide full service concession products to their customers either through their own satellite facilities or through dedicated dealers. Their products are sold throughout the world now and the factory is truly, state of the art. Regarding the products; Gold Medal makes an incredibly broad line of popcorn poppers, of all sizes and for all uses. In addition they make, nacho warmers, hot dog cookers, cotton candy floss machines, snow cone makers, Hawaiian shave ice machines, waffle bakers, waffle cone bakers, slush machines, glazed nut roasters and even still more! Since this Select Appliance web site reaches customers from all over the world, it is difficult to be a "full service" dealer supplying the syrups, straws, popcorn oils and so on, yet, I have included a wonderful variety of Gold Medal products, some of which are clearly meant for snack bars, theaters, mall kiosks, candy stores and sports arenas, and still other items that I think would be a wonderful addition to any home, especially in a home theater environment. What a treat for the kids (and your guests) to smell and taste fresh theater like popcorn in your own home! Please take comfort in knowing that Gold Medal and Select Appliance stand behind each piece of equipment you see here and having been there in person, I can tell you that they are one company who cares about their customers.
