" Tangy Peanut Sauce
"
This tangy sauce works well with grilled chicken, pork, cod or swordfish.
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
2 Tablespoon soy sauce (low-salt is ok)
2 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in the food processor bowl fitted with the steel blade and process for about one minute.
