Removable porcelainized cast iron 12" x 12" grates with cast-in heat reflecting bowls.
Griddle: 3/4" thick steel plate. 15,000 BTU burner.
2- 26 1/2" wide ovens with fully porcelainized interiors will hold a full size sheet pan in either direction! 30,000 BTU oven burners
Two heavy duty chrome plated adjustable oven racks and side supports included in each oven
