Removable porcelainized cast iron 12" x 12" grates with cast-in heat reflecting bowls.

Griddle: 3/4" thick steel plate. 15,000 BTU burner.

26 1/2" wide oven with fully porcelainized interior will hold a full size sheet pan in either direction! 30,000 BTU oven burner.
