The Hoshizaki ice making system is the simplest in the industry. Its design has fewer moving parts and fewer cycles, which means dependability, longer machine life, and energy savings for the operator.
Designed with a stainless steel evaporator, which means years of trouble-free ice making, because it is not affected by caustic water conditions. There is no plating to peel or flake, and no plastic to crack
The evaporator has oval-shaped copper refrigerant tubing for the most efficient heat exchange. This design produces the unique, pure, crystal clear crescent cubes
Produces up to 250 lbs of ice per 24hr period

Durable and corrosion resistant stainless steel and PVC exterior
Removable air filters provide more efficient operation and dependable performance
Vertical chute evaporator produces individual crescent shaped cubes decreasing wear and tear
Cubes are actually colder because of greater surface area freezing on the evaporator and because of the vertical design, impurities in the water fall away leaving pure water to freeze into cubes. Cubes are rock solid and crystal clear
Unit breaths through the front
Requires drain. Unit has two drain outlets for ice producer and bin
