Dual burner operates by pushing in knob once for inside ring only (1,000BTU) and pushing in again to activate the outer ring (total 16,000BTU)
Center dual burner is center positioned to allow for larged cooking pots, skillets or woks. Many other brands give you small burner areas where you need to overlap cookware

Electronic ignition
Safety devices on all burners. If burner blows out, gas is shut off at the valve. Simply turn the knob off and start again. This may be the safest system in the industry! No nuisance sparking and no raw gas emmitted.
