24" heavy duty commercial style french top has a strong 22,000BTU central burner and large smooth surface area to move cookware around and vary the temperatures like a professional chef. On high the center area reaches 850 degrees with the outer zones at 550. On low, the center reaches 350 degrees with the out zones at 150.
Heavy duty cast iron top grates connect making pan movement easy
Exclusive inner cast bowl of each burner's top grate is removable to create the perfect wok ring, placing the wok closer to the flame pattern for extraordinary stir frying!
