These indoor BBQ's, Grills, Chargrills or Charbroilers (all four names are correct) are designed to build into cabinets and provide high heat authentic smoky charbroiling in your home kitchen. Please be sure to install unit under a strong hood and blower system.

Heavy duty removable cast iron top grate sections. Blue Star's matte-porcelain, cast-iron grates are an important part of the cooking process. Once heated, they provide heat retention and even temperature distribution to ensure an even cooking surface. The reversible grates provide an ideal cooking surface for steaks and fish, leaving a professional sear-pattern appearance.
Grate frame allows for tilting grates to create different cooking times for various doneness requirements of food items
