* 110Volt standard outlet for grinder
* Cold water source within 6' of unit location and 1/4" compression type shut-off valve
* Drain receptacle available (floor drain, pipe drain, etc.) and a configuration that will allow the drain tube to run from the machine to the drain as straight and steep as possible
* Customer must be in compliance with local health codes
