Starting supply of char-rock (volcanic rock) included. Produces true charbroiled flavor
Heavy duty reversible cast iron 5" x 21" top grates with grease runners to direct the run off to the removable grease trough
Grates can be positioned flat or sloped
S/S non clog pilots for instant ignition for each burner
