High heat 20,000 BTU burners, one for every 6" of broiler surface - maximum performance
Heavy duty cast iron radiants for optimum heat distribution and great grill marks
2 separate heavy gauge grate supports have 3 position settings each with 2 easy-lift handles. Allows chef to control temperatures and doneness, one half of the unit at a time
Heavy duty liner protects interior from burn out and is easy to replace when required
S/S non clog pilots for instant ignition for each burner
Full length removable drip & crumb tray, plus separate oil and grease tray for easy cleaning
